1. Acceptance of these terms

By downloading, installing or playing MathMaker you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

2. Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use MathMaker for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or create derivative works of the game or its content (including its questions).

3. Player identity and progress

MathMaker signs you in automatically with Game Center (iOS) or Google Play Games (Android), or with an anonymous account if these are unavailable. Your progress is saved on your device and in the cloud and can be restored on the same platform. Progress cannot be transferred between iOS and Android, and progress saved under an anonymous account may be lost if you uninstall the game.

4. Virtual items

Sigma (Σ), Epsilon (ε), lives, power-ups and other in-game items have no monetary value outside the game. They cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for real money, and you receive only a limited licence to use them. We may adjust balances to fix errors, bugs or abuse.

5. In-app purchases

MathMaker is free to play and offers optional in-app purchases: consumable items (such as Epsilon packs, bundles and timed boosts) and permanent unlocks (such as Remove Ads and category unlocks). There are no subscriptions. Payments are charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation, and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Permanent unlocks can be restored at any time with Restore Purchases in the Store.

6. Advertising

The game shows ads, including optional rewarded ads that grant in-game items. Ad availability is not guaranteed. The Remove Ads purchase removes non-rewarded ads.

7. Fair play

You agree not to cheat, use bots, scripts, modified clients or exploits, manipulate leaderboards or in-game currency, interfere with our servers, or use the game for any unlawful purpose. We may reset progress, remove leaderboard entries or restrict access if these rules are broken.

8. Intellectual property

The game, its questions, design, artwork, text and software are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. Game Center is a trademark of Apple Inc.; Google Play and Google Play Games are trademarks of Google LLC.

9. Disclaimer

MathMaker is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work hard to keep questions correct and the game running, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or available at all times.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data or progress, arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Changes and termination

We may update the game and these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, and you may stop using the game at any time by uninstalling it.

12. Apple and Google

These terms are between you and us, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the game and are not responsible for any claims relating to it. If you downloaded MathMaker from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms.
